EventNow reports Simon Baker gets a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame and he attended a party in his honor to celebrate this joyous occasion.
Every year there are several celebrities that are being selected for their remarkable work in the film and TV business, and to honor them, they are given a star on this road amongst other legends. It’s one of the biggest honors in their career, next to receiving an Oscar.
The event took place the other day. It was a great day with the sun shining and even the skies were happy for this actor receiving this star. Hollywood Walk of Fame was where the festivities took place. Many celebrities appeared to show their support to the guest of honor. Guests like Bruno Heller, Naomi Watts, Robin Tunney, Rebecca Rigg, and of course, the guest of honor Simon Baker attended.
The festivities first began with speeches given from various individuals, praising the guest of honor’s remarkable work that he has done in the past. At the conclusion of the event, he was presented with his star that he can put up in his home. He also posed for pictures with many of his guests by the huge star on the Walk of Fame.
After the presentation there was a small party to celebrate this great honor. The cocktails were served to everyone’s liking and the appetizers and finger foods were being served ample for each guest. Everyone was rushing over at the end of the festivities to Simon Baker’s side to congratulate him.
Congratulations to Simon Baker’s star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame! It was a well-deserved honor for an outstanding actor.
